A great big thanks to Marcel and Kathy's U-Maintain-IT program. They provide their customers with a people friendly service that I hadn't found elsewhere. The customer service I received was like calling a friend. I had tried other services which were all unsuccessful for me. I cannot begin tell you how totally pleased I am with the hosting service and U-Maintain-It program. When first starting with Marcel and Kathy, I had absolutely no knowledge of html or their program. Once catching on to its format, I found it was so easy to use! Marcel goes out of his way to help in so many ways. I'm sure he gets quite tired of my Email and questions, but not once has he been impatient with me or my lack of knowledge of the program or of my coding questions. His tips are always helpful and he always answers my questions promptly, even though I know that he probably has more pressing problems. He treats me with respect and never demeans me. I highly recommend this program. You will not be sorry if you join the U-Maintain-It family!!

Working with Marcel and Kathy building my website was one of the easiest large projects I have probably ever finished! The UMI manual is simple and easy to follow but when you have a problem you can't work thru yourself...they are there to help you without hesitation. They're wonderful people. My site has been up for over a year now and it's doing well, growing all the time. Don't hesitate to use the UMI service. It's much easier to do than you'll ever imagine and you won't be disappointed.

The UMI program is the BEST!! THANK YOU Kathy & Marcel! I had been attempting to build a site for about a year off and on. I tried; Ivillage, Bravenet, Sitemonkey and a few others. I ended up frustrated and confused, there was knowone to answer questions and eventually I would give up. I am very happy with UMI, my site was easy to build and everything is very clear, straight-forward and simple to use. There are no hidden charges or surprises and when you have a question, Marcel or Kathy answer it. My graphics are great too! BRAVO!!!!!

Words are hard to describe the genuine family feel Marcel and Kathy have strived for! Since day one I have always known I can zip an email to them at any time and expect a fast, friendly and very personal reply. (Even with the silly questions). UMI program is a super business tool. I like being able to change, edit and do other tasks whenever I want to. I don't have to wait for someone else to do it when they have time. My business has grown leaps and bounds by having this tool available to me. Very easy to use. And Marcel and Kathy are super to work with. I highly recommend this service.

Lost...and so upset...that my first website was not selling...or working properly.....just plain not working for me...and close to closing for good...I visited Crowsoup...and I saw UMI. My next step was apparent...join UMI...be in control of my own site...write what I wanted folks to know about my wares.... load my own pictures and if I had a problem... have all the help and input I needed...24/7...That is what U-Maintain-it has come to mean to me...Good neighbors...and a wonderful support group and a workable website!! Then if it could not get any better...I love to design patterns...and my whimsical style was needed to design website graphics...I had not the know-how and was truly affraid I could not do it...along came Kathy...and has given me the support and push (hehe)and help...to do something again...as she has with all the Crowsoup/UMI designers...and so now...all our designs are on some of our wonderful neighbor website... so if graphics are need to make your dream come true....UMI can offer that to...if you want a place you can control your website...and at a lower cost..join U-Maintain-it... Wow!! What was I waiting for!! I've been a member since November and just now got brave enough to even open my printed manual (at least I got as far as printing the manual!!). My website is over half way done and I've done it in just a few hours!! Everything is so easy to follow and is written in plain english - not all computer jargon!! I have wanted a website for so long!
It had to be one that I could maintain myself...I didn't want to wait for someone else to do it but at the same time...I was totally clueless! I talked to Marcel a few times and he just kept telling me..."U can do it!" I finally took him up on it and searched through the graphics packages. I loved them all but found one that just jumped out at me. I contacted Marcel and Kathy and the next day I was good to go. I sat down and started building my site and within 4 hours...BAM...I was done!

I am new to UMI, just getting my site set up now. Kathy and Marcel have been there to patiently and thoroughly answer all of my many questions.
The UMI program is so easy to understand a child could follow it..this was necessary in order for me to grasp it.
